- 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
- 60g BBQ sauce
- 100g mozzarella, grated
- 100g cooked chicken, shredded
- 30g red onion, thinly sliced
- 30g smoked gouda, grated
- Fresh coriander
- Ranch dressing for serving

Toss shredded chicken with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. Set aside.

Preheat pizza oven to 400°C (slightly lower than Neapolitan).

Stretch dough and place on peel.

Spread remaining BBQ sauce as base.

Add mozzarella and smoked gouda.
