Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
  • 60g BBQ sauce
  • 100g mozzarella, grated
  • 100g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 30g red onion, thinly sliced
  • 30g smoked gouda, grated
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Method

Toss shredded chicken with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. Set aside.

Preheat pizza oven to 400°C (slightly lower than Neapolitan).

Stretch dough and place on peel.

Spread remaining BBQ sauce as base.

Add mozzarella and smoked gouda.

Top with chicken and red onion.

Cook 2-3 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
