  • 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
  • 60g mozzarella, torn
  • 30g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 30g fontina, cubed
  • 20g parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or honey for finishing
