  • 80g tomato sauce
  • 100g low-moisture mozzarella, grated
  • 50g pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dried oregano
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Method

Stretch dough and place on semolina-dusted peel.
